Legal
Terms of Service
The rules for using AlignPoll, what Business includes, and what each side is responsible for.
These terms
AlignPoll is an independent product operated by Mobayilo. By using it you agree to these terms. If you use AlignPoll for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
Events and links
Anyone can create an event without an account. Events are reached by links: whoever holds the share link can see and answer the event, whoever holds the private organiser link can manage it, and whoever holds a private edit link can change that response.
Keep private links private. We cannot recover a lost private organiser link for an event that is not saved to an account.
Accounts
An account is optional for Personal and required for Business organisers. Use an email address you control: whoever completes a sign-in sent to it is signed in as you.
Business events
Signed-in organisers buy one-time Event packs through Add Credit: 1 Event US$9, 10 Event US$20 or 50 Event US$30. One available Event is used for each new Business event. Guest checkout is a single Event for US$9, and upgrading an existing Personal event is a separate US$9 payment. The price shown at checkout applies. No subscription or automatic refill applies. Participants never pay.
Payment comes first. After payment you confirm your email if you are not already signed in, then set up the event. The event belongs to that account and adds company branding and a CSV download of its responses.
If a payment is fully refunded, the Business features of that event end; the event and its answers remain. Questions about a payment go to contact@mobayilo.com.
Meetings and arrangements
AlignPoll helps a group agree on a date. It does not create meetings, send invitations or check meeting links and locations. The organiser makes the final choice, and the arrangements are between the people involved.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, impersonate anyone, use events to spread spam or harmful links, or collect other people's information without their permission. Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may restrict or remove an event or account that breaks these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AlignPoll available and your events safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change as the product grows.
Liability
AlignPoll is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Mobayilo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop using AlignPoll at any time, remove events from your account, sign out, and ask us to delete your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
