You propose dates. Your group answers. You confirm. AlignPoll keeps the steps between them short.

Pick dates

Give the event a title, check its timezone and select the dates that could work. Add times if you already know them.
Share the link

Send the share link to your group however you like. Keep the private organiser link for yourself.
Collect answers

Participants answer Yes, Maybe or No without logging in, and change their answers with their private edit link.
Confirm the date

Confirm the option that works, or narrow a day to times first. Everyone sees the invitation and can add it to a calendar.

Personal, free

Create, share, answer, confirm and download the calendar file without logging in or giving an email address.

The share link is for participants. The private organiser link manages the event, and anyone holding it can do the same.

Choose Create a Business event on Pricing to buy a single Event for US$9. Checkout opens on Stripe, and no event exists until you have paid.

Signed in, choose Add Credit: 1 Event US$9, 10 Event US$20 or 50 Event US$30. One available Event is used per new Business event.

If you are not signed in, confirm your email with a link or code. The paid event belongs to that free account.

Create the event as usual, then add your company name and logo. Download its responses as CSV whenever you like.

Save an existing event to your account, then choose Upgrade or download on its organiser page.
