Prices and payments
How much does AlignPoll cost?
Personal is free. Business uses one-time Event packs: 1 Event US$9, 10 Event US$20, 50 Event US$30. Participants never pay.
Is there a subscription or a trial?
No. Packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic refill, and nothing renews. There is no trial.
How are Events used?
One available Event is used each time you create a Business event. Personal events use none.
Where do I buy a pack?
Sign in and choose Add Credit. Without an account, Business checkout is a single Event for US$9. Upgrading an existing Personal event is a separate US$9 payment.
Can I buy Business today?
Pricing shows whether Business checkout is open. When it is not, Personal planning still works.
Do I need an account for Business?
Yes, a free one. You pay first; if you are not signed in, you confirm your email afterwards, and the paid event belongs to that account.
What happens if a Business payment is refunded?
After a full refund, participants see AlignPoll's own branding again and the CSV download closes. The event and its answers stay.
Events and participants
Do participants need an account?
No. Participants answer from the share link with just a name.
Do I need to log in to create an event?
No. Login is optional for Personal. It saves your events so you can open them on any device.
Who can see the answers?
Anyone with the share link sees the event and everyone's names, answers and comments. Share it only with your group.
Does AlignPoll send invitations or create meetings?
No. You send the link and the invitation yourself, and paste any meeting link. AlignPoll never creates meetings.
Can software or an agent book through AlignPoll?
AlignPoll has no public API or MCP server, and it does not book anything automatically. People create and answer events on the site.
How many dates can I propose?
Up to 15 per event. If you need more, you can leave your email to ask about larger polls.
I lost my private organiser link. What now?
If the event is saved to your account, sign in and open it from My events. If not, a browser that still has the event open can show the link again. Without either, it cannot be recovered.
Your information
Does AlignPoll use tracking or advertising?
No. AlignPoll shows no advertising, sets no analytics cookies and loads no scripts from other sites.
What does Remove from my account do?
It takes the event off My events. The event, its answers and its private links keep working; nothing is deleted.
How do I delete an event or my account?
There is no delete button. Write to contact@mobayilo.com and tell us what you want deleted.
Where are payments handled?
On Stripe's checkout page. Card details never reach AlignPoll.
